Account Creation
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Subscriptions
ScarPath is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
Billing
You authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you selected. Failed payments may suspend access after a short grace period.
Refund Policy
New subscriptions are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact support@scarpath.com to request a refund.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use ScarPath for personal reflection and growth, and not to misuse the platform, its APIs, or the Reflection Intelligence™ services.
Acceptable Use
Do not use ScarPath to harass, harm, or misrepresent others. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or automate the service without written permission.
AI Limitations
Reflection Intelligence™ is designed for reflection only. It is not diagnostic, clinical, or predictive. Do not rely on any output for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

ScarPath is not therapy, medical advice, or crisis support. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your reflections. You grant ScarPath a limited license to process them solely to provide the service to you.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScarPath's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by applicable law.
