ScarPath subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time from Settings → Billing. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
If you were charged in error or experienced a service issue that prevented you from using ScarPath, contact billing@scarpath.com within 14 days of the charge. We review requests individually and, at our discretion, may issue a full or partial refund.
