What is ScarPath?+
ScarPath is the world's first Reflection Intelligence™ platform — a private, voice-first space to hear yourself, understand emotional patterns, and grow.
How do I begin?+
Click Begin, complete the welcome agreement, and open Voice Journal → Reflect With Me for your first Mirror Coach session.
Do I need to type?+
No. ScarPath is voice-only by design. Your Mirror Coach listens and reflects — no keyboard required.
Account
How do I change my email?+
Settings → Account → Email. You'll be asked to confirm the new address.
How do I delete my account?+
Settings → Account → Delete Account. All reflections are permanently removed within 30 days.
Billing
How do I upgrade or cancel?+
Settings → Billing. You can switch between monthly/annual or cancel at any time. Access continues through the current period.

Yes — visit My Words for the full private history.

How long is a session?+
Three exchanges of 20–40 seconds each. Sessions close automatically when the room is full.
Can I choose the voice?+
The Mirror voice is intentionally singular — Brooklyn — so the experience feels like one trusted companion.
Scar Map™
How does the Scar Map update?+
Every reflection you complete is analyzed by Reflection Intelligence™ and mapped to the body region carrying it.
Why is it silent by default?+
Because insight is optional. Tap Read My Insights whenever you'd like the Mirror to walk you through what changed.
Growth Path™
Where does my Growth Path come from?+
It's assembled from your recent reflections and your Growth DNA™ — the recurring emotions, beliefs, and regions unique to you.
Weekly Reports
When do reports arrive?+
Every Sunday morning in your local time. You'll also find them in Weekly Reflection Reports inside the app.
Partner Hub™
What does my partner see?+
Only what you consent to share — usually shifts and weekly summaries. Never raw transcripts.
Troubleshooting
The Mirror won't start+
Refresh the page and grant microphone permission. If it persists, contact support@scarpath.com.
Audio is choppy+
Try a wired network or move closer to your Wi-Fi. The Mirror uses real-time voice and depends on stable bandwidth.
