Information you provide to ScarPath — including reflections, voice recordings, and Scar Map data — is treated as personal data under our Privacy Policy, but should not be considered Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA.
Do not use ScarPath to transmit information subject to HIPAA. If you are a licensed clinician using ScarPath in a professional context, you are responsible for complying with your own regulatory obligations.
